NTUC Good Start Bundle

Caring for a newborn is exciting and challenging. That is why NTUC Enterprise’s group of social enterprises, in partnership with the Embracing PArenthood Movement by the People’s Association, collectively put together the NTUC Good Start Bundle, comprising of practical essentials and benefits for new parents. The bundle was launched in April 2017 and ended on 31 December 2020.

Families with Singaporean babies born between 1 January 2016 and 31 December 2019 were eligible to receive the NTUC Good Start Bundle goodies.

Over 53,000 families with babies born between 2016 and 2019 benefitted from the NTUC Good Start Bundle that provided over $300 worth of baby essentials. It included FairPrice’s FairMily Kit comprising milk powder and other daily essentials, Income’s one-year complimentary health insurance coverage, NTUC First Campus’ parent-child activity book, Plus!’s lifetime membership and other practical goodies to give parents a boost in their parenthood journey.

The NTUC Good Start Bundle families also enjoyed more member benefits, such as exclusive offers at FairPrice On’s Baby Fairs, NTUC First Campus’ parenting tips and contest giveaways. The NTUC Good Start Bundle has helped families understand more about the NTUC social enterprises – 62% indicated that they have learnt more about the NTUC social enterprises through this flagship initiative.
